Working with me as a wellbeing coach, we explore your life purpose, nutritional health and emotional health. We also explore environment, lifestyle and pace, relationships, and movement. From this base, I work with you on exciting and motivating goals to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be.

What is Wellbeing Coaching

Making changes to your lifestyle to improve your physical, mental and emotional health can sometimes be overwhelming. Additionally, the prospect of establishing new healthy habits can be daunting. For these reasons, is easy to feel despondent or depressed at the prospect of being stuck in a rut with destructive cycles of bad habits and poor health.

Together we work through the challenges and deterrents that arise on this journey. These may include physical pain (which often has an emotional origin), feeling overwhelmed at work, being bullied in a relationship, or feeling financially stressed.

In consultations I design Health and Wellness Packages that are unique to you. Working closely with me, we will focus on improving physical and mental health, building resilience and strengthening positive habits.
