Weight Management

Weight Management

As a Nutritional Therapist, I am trained to assess your food and lifestyle practices, amongst other things, and determine how they maybe impacting both your short- and long-term weight gain.  A detailed long-term study, published in 2011 in the acclaimed ‘New England Journal of Medicine’, supported the view that certain foods contributed to weight gain whilst others supported weight loss.  The study also showed that an individual’s lifestyle has significant effects on their weight.

The “eat less, exercise more” theory is not a successful strategy for everyone therefore my role is to assist you in determining what plan is going to work for you as an individual.  My aim is to support you through the different stages in order for you to achieve a healthier body composition and wellbeing.
