40 days to Original Health (Christian based course)
This is a six week Christian programme of nutritional and exercise training. Exercise is lead by
Kirsten Rees, a fitness and Pilate’s instructor and then Emma leads a healthy eating talk followed
by a cookery demonstration. There is time to share any encouragement or struggles people are
having, and course participants keep a food and fitness diary which Emma looks at each week.

Riverford Lunch Chain
This is a private cookery demonstration in your home where Emma will help the hostess prepare seasonal vegetable-based dishes ready for their 8-10 guests. When all your guests have arrived, a local Riverford vegman will discuss the produce and the way it was prepared, and all the issues around eating ethically. These lunches are aimed at guests who are already interested in cooking from seasonal produce.
