Almond and Carob Protein Balls

Almond and Carob Protein Balls (inspired by Deliciously Ella)

A delicious protein energy ball – they disappear very quickly from our fridge!


100g Almonds 

200g Medjool Dates 

2 tablespoons raw Carob Powder

1 1/4 tablespoons Almond Butter

1 tablespoon Coconut Oil



  1. Place the almonds in a food processor and pulse until until they are well crushed
  2. Add medjool dates and coconut oil.  Pulse until it is fully mixed
  3. Add almond butter and carob powder, mix again in food processor
  4. Roll into balls
