Almond and Carob Protein Balls (inspired by Deliciously Ella)
A delicious protein energy ball – they disappear very quickly from our fridge!
Ingredients
100g Almonds
200g Medjool Dates
2 tablespoons raw Carob Powder
1 1/4 tablespoons Almond Butter
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Method
- Place the almonds in a food processor and pulse until until they are well crushed
- Add medjool dates and coconut oil. Pulse until it is fully mixed
- Add almond butter and carob powder, mix again in food processor
- Roll into balls
